The fabric of the Nite's Cape is warranted against loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions, including:

sunlight
mildew
rot &
atmospheric chemicals

You must clean the fabric according to the instructions included with the fabric.

It is NOT warranted against ripping or tearing.

You can destroy the product if you are determined. However, our return policy is still in effect and if you do destroy one of our Nite's Capes(sm) we really do want the story along with the cover. We'll replace or repair or return your money at our discretion.
