Satisfaction:
If you are unsatisfied with a Nite I's product you purchased from Nite I's, Incorporated, for any reason, return the undamaged product for a full refund of the purchase price.
Damaged and Broken Products:
If you break a Nite I's product that you purchased from Nite I's, Incorporated, send the product back directly to Nite I's, Incorporated, along with the story of how you broke the product and Nite I's will repair or replace the item with a similar product of equal or greater value. The determination of repair or the replacement of the item is at the sole discretion of Nite I's, Incorporated. Your returned item must include the story of how you broke the item (please see the 'breakage' note below).
What is breakage and what is not breakage is defined for each of our products. For example, loss of the glow-in-the-dark knobs is not considered breakage. For a list of what is not breakage, please see the "Breakage" list, included with each item Nite I's sells.
